What does the $99 price include?

Your purchase includes a personalized digital song based on your submitted story, the complete MP3, a printable lyrics PDF with your pet’s name, and one reasonable revision. You can download and keep the files. This is a digital service; a physical frame, printed product or Spotify release is not included.

Revisions cover factual corrections and meaningful adjustments based on your original story. A different pet, new material or an open-ended rewrite is outside the included revision. Read the full terms and refund policy.

What should I write about my pet?

You answer five short questions and upload 1–10 favorite photos. A sentence or two per answer is enough to begin. Describe how you met, their personality, a favorite memory, what you would tell them and the feeling you want the song to have.

Specific details are more useful than perfect writing: the greeting at the door, the toy they always choose, or the place they settle beside you. You do not need music experience or finished lyrics. If their name has an unusual pronunciation, include a simple pronunciation guide in your story.

Is this only for pets who have passed away?

No. A personalized pet song can celebrate a birthday, an adoption anniversary, a funny daily routine or an ordinary life together. It can also be a way to remember a pet you have lost. Tell us whether you want something playful, quietly grateful or reflective.

Our six song examples show different feelings, including adventures, morning routines and companionship. These are creative demonstrations, not customer testimonials. Their illustrations are AI-created artwork, not owner photographs.

When do I pay, and when will I receive the song?

First, submit your story without payment. Your private preview is typically ready within 3 days. Listen before deciding whether to purchase. If you buy, we email the complete MP3 and printable lyrics PDF within 24 hours of payment, including weekends.

The preview is a listen-before-you-buy version, not the final downloadable file. An included revision may require additional time; contact us about the adjustment. If you are planning a gift, allow time for the initial preview as well as final delivery.

Can I use the song on YouTube or TikTok?

Yes. The standard license includes using your delivered song as background music in your own pet videos on personal YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and similar accounts, including platform advertising revenue or creator-program payouts. No additional YAVILY fee applies to those permitted uses.

Paid advertising, sponsored posts, brand partnerships, business promotion, song resale and distribution as a music release require separate written permission. How is the music created?

YAVILY uses AI-assisted music generation alongside human creative direction and review. The story you submit guides the lyrics, feeling and final selection. Every song is reviewed before delivery; the service is not represented as a live musician recording.
