YAVILY creates a personalized song from the story, memories and photos you share about your pet. You answer a short set of questions and upload a few photos; we shape what you tell us into a song, using a combination of creative direction, songwriting tools and audio-production processes, which may include AI-assisted tools. You hear a private preview before you decide whether to purchase the final song.
YAVILY is operated by KAISTEEL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 78595271), registered at Room 602, 6/F Kai Yue Commercial Building, No.2C Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit a story and make a purchase. By submitting a story, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Submitting your pet's story does not charge you anything. We review what you've shared and produce a private preview, typically ready within 3 days. You listen to the preview, and only then decide whether to purchase the final song for the Founding Price of $99.
We don't use fake discounts or manufactured scarcity. If we ever describe Founding pricing as limited, that limit will be real.
One reasonable revision is included after purchase, for factual corrections or meaningful adjustments based on the story you originally submitted. This is not an open-ended rewrite service, and it doesn't cover new material you didn't include in your original submission — if you want a song built around new memories or a different pet, that's a new order.
After payment, your $99 purchase includes a non-exclusive license, to the extent of the rights YAVILY holds, to save and play your delivered song, share it privately with friends and family, give it as a personal gift, and use it as background music in your own pet videos on your personal YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and similar social accounts. This includes videos earning platform advertising revenue or creator-program payouts; no additional YAVILY fee is charged for these permitted uses.
The standard license does not include paid advertising, sponsored posts, brand partnerships, promotion of a business, product or service, selling or licensing the song to others, or distributing it as a music release through Spotify, Apple Music or other music services. These uses require separate written permission from YAVILY before use. Contact hello@yavily.com with your intended use.
This is permission to use the delivered song, not a transfer of exclusive copyright. You remain responsible for rights to other material in your videos and compliance with each platform’s rules. We cannot guarantee platform acceptance, monetization eligibility or that automated copyright systems will never flag a video. If a claim affects a permitted use, contact us with the claim details so we can review it.
Some parts of the production process may involve AI-assisted music generation tools. Every song is reviewed and shaped by YAVILY around the details you provide before it's delivered to you — we're not shipping raw, unreviewed machine output.
Because the legal status of AI-generated music is still evolving in several jurisdictions, we don't promise that your song is eligible for copyright registration, and we don't represent that you receive "full copyright ownership" or "exclusive rights" in the delivered file. What you get is a license for the uses described in Section 6, including eligible monetized personal videos. If copyright law changes in a way that materially affects what we can offer, we'll update this section and notify customers who purchased before the change.
By submitting your pet's story and photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that you authorize YAVILY to use them to create and deliver your personalized song. Please don't upload images or content you don't have permission to share. Your story and photos are private by default — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.
You can listen to a private preview before deciding whether to buy. After you have heard the preview and chosen to purchase, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds solely because your musical preferences change or you decide you do not like the song, except where applicable law gives you a cancellation or refund right.
This does not affect problems with your order. We will refund duplicate charges and correct billing errors. If we cannot deliver your song, we will refund the undelivered order. If the final song does not reflect the story you submitted or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, contact us so we can provide the correction, replacement, price reduction or refund appropriate to the issue and required by law. The included revision does not replace or limit your statutory remedies.
Contact hello@yavily.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off, cancellation or digital-content rights. Hearing a preview alone does not waive those rights.
YAVILY is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAVILY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the song in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, matching the jurisdiction of incorporation of KAISTEEL LIMITED, the company operating YAVILY.
We may update these Terms as YAVILY evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
