YAVILY is operated by KAISTEEL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 78595271), registered at Room 602, 6/F Kai Yue Commercial Building, No.2C Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. This policy describes how that company, as data controller, handles your information.

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site. There's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to on that front.
We will never feature your pet's story or photos publicly without your separate, explicit permission. Your private preview link is not indexed by search engines and isn't guessable — it's a long random token, and we can revoke it at any time.
Our website and application run on Vercel. Stories and order records are stored in Supabase Postgres, and photos and audio are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Our Supabase project is hosted in Mumbai, India. Access to private previews is controlled through personal links that can be revoked. Our providers may process data internationally as needed to operate their services.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the processors above except as needed to run YAVILY or as required by law.
We keep your story, photos and song files for as long as your account/order history is active, so you can come back for the one included revision or reach out about the song later. If you'd like your data deleted after that, email us and we'll take care of it, subject to anything we're required to keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Wherever you're located, you can email us to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
YAVILY isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll remove it.
We may update this policy as YAVILY evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
